The Brilliant and Talented Actor of Stage, Film and Television… MALCOLM McDOWELL Known for his versatility in a myriad of roles from Stanley Kubrick’s iconic film A Clockwork Orange to more recent roles on television in Entourage and Franklin & Bash. McDowell is now gearing up for season two of the Golden Globe® nominated comedy series, Mozart in the Jungle

All ten episodes of the highly-anticipated second season of Amazon Original Series Mozart in the Jungle will premiere exclusively on Prime Video starting December 30. The new season will feature a roster of new guest stars including Gretchen Mol (Boardwalk Empire), Dermot Mulroney (My Best Friend’s Wedding), and Esai Morales (The Brink), as well as many classical music luminaries.

Based on the critically acclaimed memoir by Blair Tindall, Mozart in the Jungle is a half-hour comedic drama that looks at finding yourself and finding love while conquering the music world of New York City. Returning to the series are stars Gael Garcia Bernal (Rosewater), Saffron Burrows (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.), Lola Kirke (Mistress America), Malcolm McDowell (The Mentalist) and Bernadette Peters (Smash).

Malcolm McDowell has created a gallery of iconic characters since catapulting to the screen as Mick Travis, the rebellious upperclassman in Lindsay Anderson’s prize-winning sensation, If…
His place in movie history was subsequently secured when Stanley Kubrick found the actor he was searching for to play the gleefully amoral Alex in A Clockwork Orange; when McDowell himself conceived the idea for Mick Travis’ further adventures in Anderson’s Candid-like masterpiece, O Lucky Man!; and when he wooed Mary Steenburgen and defeated Jack the Ripper as the romantically inquisitive H.G. Wells in Time After Time.
