About the New Season and the Birth of Their First Child!
Now starting its fourth season, TLC’s Counting On follows the oldest Duggar children – the famous clan from the hit series 19 Kids and Counting – as they begin their lives as adults and start families of their own. Each episode follows the next generation of Duggars as they celebrate some of life’s milestone moments, including the realities of growing up and raising their families. These siblings aren’t kids anymore and each new relationship, parenting challenge and exciting endeavor are a reminder of how much they’ve grown!
Ric talks with Jinger Duggar, the sixth of 19 children and the fourth oldest daughter, and her husband Jeremy Vuolo, a former professional soccer player and now, full-time pastor. In the new season, Jinger and Jeremy prepare to welcome their first child, a baby girl, but as the due date approaches, Jinger nervously recalls her sisters’ long labors and big babies. Viewers will be invited along the intense delivery, beginning with her decision to induce and hopefully avoid unexpected complications. Then, once back home in Laredo, TX, with their beautiful Felicity, Jinger and Jeremy must learn how to navigate being new parents.
