In Syfy’s highly anticipated new series Dark Matter, premiering Friday, June 12, the crew of a derelict spaceship is awakened from stasis with no memories of who they are or how they got on board. Facing threats at every turn, they have to work together to survive a voyage charged with vengeance, betrayal and hidden secrets. Based on the popular graphic novel Dark Matter, the series comes from the writers of the hit Stargate franchise, and also features Melissa O’Neil (Broadway production of “Les Miserables”), Marc Bendavid (“Bitten”), and Jodelle Ferland (“Twilight”).
Roger Cross is no stranger to fans of action and science fiction, having appeared in some of the most popular TV series in recent years including The Strain, Fringe, Orphan Black, Continuum, Stargate SG-1, Arrow, 24, The Returned and The X-Files. On the big screen, Roger appeared in such action/sci-fi favorites such as The Day the Earth Stood Still, The Chronicles of Riddick and Oliver Stone’s World Trade Center.
