Jon Tenney, star of TNT’s hit drama “Major Crimes”

Major Crimes, one of Cable TV’s highest rated series, wraps up its third season with a thrilling, not-to-be-missed conclusion Monday January 12th at 9 PM ET/PT with a 2 hour finale.

TNT’s hit drama, Major Crimes, one of basic cable’s top-rated series, explores how the American justice system approaches the art of the deals as law enforcement officers and prosecutors work together to score a conviction. Oscar and Emmy nominee Mary McConnell heads up the ensemble cast, which includes Jon Tenney as Deputy Chief of Special Operation Bureau Fritz Howard. Jon’s character is at the forefront of a special two-part finale that closes out the show’s exciting third season.

Jon — who also appears as Vice President Andrew Nichols on Scandal — is known for playing a number of “tough guy” roles. He starred as FBI Agent Fritz Howard on The Closer for seven seasons, the hit series that spun off Major Crimes. He also co-starred alongside Candice Bergen in Murphy Brown and had starring roles in series such as Crime & Punishment, Brooklyn South and Equal Justice. On the big screen, Jon has appeared in hit films such as Oliver Stone’s Nixon, Tombstone, You Can Count on Me, Legion, Stepfather, Beverly Hills Cop III, Rabbit Hole and many more.
