Two-time Oscar winner and Maleficent Director Robert Stromberg

Two-Time Oscar® winner and Maleficent Director Robert Stromberg wants you involved in the film-making process!

Robert Stromberg most recently directed Angelina Jolie in Maleficent, and is also known for his work on The Hunger Games, The Golden Compass, Game of Thrones, and Pirates of the Caribbean. He is a two-time Academy Award winner for Best Achievement in Art Direction for Avatar and Alice in Wonderland.

Robert’s now inviting the public to help him complete his newest project, What Lives Inside, by submitting character sketches and drawings for potential inclusion in the story. Stromberg will handpick the winning drawings to appear in the film.

What Lives Inside is a four week series to debut in March on Hulu and then online at WhatLivesInside.com. It centers around Taylor (portrayed by Colin Hanks), the son of an absentee father who finds himself on a journey of self-discovery. His father was a well-known and acclaimed children’s puppeteer (Golden Globe® winner J.K. Simmons) who was widely celebrated for his creativity. After his passing, Taylor discovers a mysterious world of his dad’s creation and finds himself on an adventure that will soon unlock his own creativity. The series is a collaboration from Intel® Corporation and Dell.

Artists and fans of the “Inside Films” series are encouraged to create a character, submit a sketch (or three!) and director, Robert Stromberg, will select the most inspiring idea to appear within the film. Submissions will be accepted on WhatLivesInside.com through March 9.
