David Morse The Veteran Film & TV Star Continues His Run as the Most Powerful Man on the Mountain in WGN America’s Outsiders. Tuesdays 9pm ET/PT

David Morse first came to national attention on television as Dr. Jack “Boomer” Morrison in the medical drama series St. Elsewhere, and later for his Emmy®-nomiated role as a detective in the medical drama House and as an honest police officer in a corrupt New Orleans police department in Treme. His numerous film credits include Concussion, The Green Mile, The Rock, Disturbia and 12 Monkeys. Morse nabbed his second Emmy® nomination portraying George Washington in the HBO miniseries John Adams.

WGN America’s hit series Outsiders is in the midst of it’s second additive season. The Appalachian-based drama tells the epic struggle of the Farrell Clan, who have lived atop the rugged Shay Mountain for more than 200 years, and their battle to defend their way of life, and their land, from the town below. David Morse stars as “Big Foster” Farrell VI, the leader of the clan and the most powerful male on the hill.
