Rickey Smiley For Real returns for a second season on TV One Tuesdays at 8 PM ET/PT. The television series follows Rickey’s hectic life as he juggles his career as a nationally syndicated radio host, stand-up comic, actor and businessman, along with his daily duties as a single dad of five. Rickey is constantly being pulled in different directions between the requirements of fatherhood and the needs of his work, but all the new experiences make for a lot of laughs. Friends, family and co-workers are a big part of his life AND the show.
Rickey has long hosted the nationally syndicated Rickey Smiley Morning Show based in Atlanta. He’s best known for his prank phone calls, which feature Rickey disguising his voice and carrying on a conversation with the recipient of the call. He’s also a featured columnist on the FOX syndicated entertainment show Dish Nation. When not busy with the kids or at work, Rickey is a huge sports fan and constantly trying to improve his golf game.
